摘要:研究木薯总黄酮对运动大鼠无氧运动能力的影响。建立无氧运动模型,将50只SD大鼠分成对照组、无氧运动组、低、中、高剂量木薯总黄酮组,对照组不进行运动,其余组进行无氧状态下的游泳运动,持续6周。试验结果表明:大鼠灌胃木薯总黄酮可以延长无氧状态下的游泳力竭时间,提升无氧状态下的耐力,降低运动后BLA、BUN的含量,延缓疲劳的产生,进而提高无氧状态下的运动能力。同时可以恢复CAT、SOD、GSH-Px的活性,降低MDA含量,从而提高机体清除自由基的能力。并且木薯总黄酮的剂量相对越高,作用的效果越好,说明木薯总黄酮对运动大鼠无氧状态下的运动能力的影响有积极作用。

Effect of Total Flavonoids from Cassava on Anaerobic Exercise Ability of Exercise Rats

Abstract:Objective to study the effect of total flavonoids of cassava on anaerobic exercise ability of exercise rats. Fifty SD rats were divided into control group,anaerobic exercise group, low, medium and high dose of total flavonoids of cassava group. The control group did not take exercise, and the other groups took swimming exercise under anaerobic condition for 6 weeks. The results showed that: the total flavonoids of cassava can prolong the swimming exhaustion time under anaerobic state, improve the endurance under anaerobic state, reduce the content of BLA and BUN after exercise, delay the generation of fatigue, and then improve the exercise ability under anaerobic state. At the same time, it can restore the activities of CAT, SOD and GSH-Px, reduce the content of MDA, and improve the ability of scavenging free radicals. The higher the dosage of total flavonoids of cassava is, the better the effect is. It shows that total flavonoids of cassava has a positive effect on the exercise ability of rats in anaerobic state.
